Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending anything back; do not send returns directly to the supplier.

Change of mind

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. You pay the return shipping. Grooming tools and pet beds are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos. Pawtopia covers any required return shipping.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or payment provider may need extra time.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
